We ship throughout Malaysia.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to ship.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 5-10 business days

(Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier service availability.)

4. Shipping Fees

Flat Rate:

  • West Malaysia: RM 20.00
  • East Malaysia: RM 30.00

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery due to address errors.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us with your order number. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Order Processing Time

3. What to Bring

When collecting your order, please present your order confirmation Email.

4. Pickup Window

Please collect your order within 5 days of receiving the pickup notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled or restocked.
